EWGA Joins League of Adventurous Women Network

(Palm Beach Gardens, FL, January 14, 2015) The EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) announced today that it has connected to The League of Adventurous Women, a non-profit network of women’s adventure groups. EWGA is an international network of working women with a passion to learn, connect, play and enjoy everything the sport of golf has to offer. Joining The League’s network broadens EWGA’s reach in attracting women who are interested in expanding their horizons, taking on a new challenge, meeting new friends and having fun!

"EWGA provides an avenue, a community for women to take the first step in experiencing golf by offering organized golf experiences and business connections in a friendly and fun environment," says CEO Pam Swensen. "It's about adding zest to your life while at the same time opening new doors and developing tools to be succesful on and off the course. We've been welcoming women to golf for 24 years, encouraging women of all ages and skill levels to join us for great connections and fun! Joining this network enables us to encourage more women to step out of their comfort zone and be adventurous with golf!"

“The League of Adventurous Women is very pleased to have the EWGA in the national network,” said League President Michaelle Scanlon. “EWGA offers new opportunities to a wider range of women—that is what The League is all about.”

With more than 3,500 events annually, EWGA members have access to many grassroots connections to play golf, elevate their game, participate in competitive play, golf travel as well as a built in community of thousands of women who share similar interests.
