Live from the 2017 EWGA Cup Finals!

LPGA International in Daytona Beach hosts the 2017 EWGA Cup Finals October 27-28

The 2017 EWGA Cup Finals, presented by Baird Private Wealth Management, is complete! Congratulations to the Magnificent 8 from the Tampa and Orlando EWGA Chapters for claiming this year's title in at LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona Beach, Florida on the the Rees Jones and Arthur Hills courses. The 2017 EWGA Cup Finals was the largest gathering of EWGA members of the year, with 400 competitors and 50 teams representing 44 EWGA chapters across the United States and Canada.

What's In Store:

Welcome Reception - Thursday at the EWGA Cup Finals is filled with arrivals, registration and reunions! Participants will be greeted by EWGA staff, volunteers and supporting partners as they collect their player packets, gift bags and play their practice rounds. The event officially gets underway on Thursday evening with a warm welcome reception to celebrate everyone's arrival.

The Competition - 400 EWGA members will compete on 50 teams eight split among the Rees Jones and Arthur Hills Courses at LPGA International. Friday will feature morning and afternoon shotguns of four-ball competition on both courses and Saturday will feature morning and afternoon shotguns of singles match play, also on both courses. This team-based, match play competition mirrors the format of other popular team-based events like the Ryder Cup, President's Cup and Solheim Cup. 

Town Hall - Recently appointed EWGA CEO, Jane Geddes, will hold a town hall meeting with EWGA chapter and volunteer leaders from across the country to share her vision for the organization and learn from our leaders where they'd like to see our organization go in the future.

Awards Banquet - There isn't a party like an EWGA party! After the thrill of competition concludes, the fun and games don't stop. We'll celebrate this year's EWGA Cup champions with dinner, music and camaraderie. Cheers!
