EWGA Welcomes VM Golf, Maker of the Lite Caddie, as a National Licensed Vendor

September 7 | Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.- VM Golf, creator of the Lite Caddie Cart Bag, is a new national  licensed vendor of the EWGA.  Founded in 1991 as the Executive Women's Golf Association, EWGA is the largest women-focused national amateur golf association in the United States with Chapters located in more than 100 cities as well as international Chapters in Bermuda, Canada and Italy.

VM Golf’s premier product is a lightweight, balanced bag that attaches to the primary golf bag when riding in a golf cart, allowing golfers to carry the clubs needed from cart to hole.  This innovative product takes the guesswork out of the game, ensuring that  golfers can easily carry the clubs they need, facilitating pace of play.

Water resistant and weighing only eight ounces, the Lite Caddie rolls up to compactly store in a standard cart bag. The shoulder strap and hook make it comfortable and easy to use. Golfers simply take the clubs they may need to walk from their second shot to the hole. Holding up to 9 clubs, the Lite Caddie also can be used as a walking bag. The Lite Caddie Cart Bag sells for $39, with 15% of all sales going to the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf program.

“I’m honored with this new EWGA partnership,” said Vince Marvaso, developer and designer of the Lite Caddie Golf Bag and founder of VM Golf.  “I think this bag is perfect for all levels of golfer and is extremely versatile. EWGA members are the avid golfers who will value the convenience and usefulness of a Lite Caddie.”

Based on a recent survey conducted by the PGA of America, EWGA members annually play an average of 42 18-hole equivalent rounds and spend an average of $5,356 per member on golf activities, equipment and golf-related travel. In total, EWGA members account for more than $63 million in golf related purchases.

About VM Golf

Based in Fairfax, Virginia, VM Golf is privately owned and operated by Vince Marvaso.  The inspiration for the Lite Caddie Cart Bag came while he was playing golf with cart path-only rules in effect. Realizing there had to be a better way to bring the right club from the cart, the Lite Caddie Cart Bag was born. For more information about the Lite Caddie Golf Bag, call 703-297-7334 or visit
