Save the Date for EWGA's January 2010 Ask the Industry Expert Webinar Dec, 16 2009EWGA's popular 'Ask the Industry Expert' 2010 series of personal enrichment webinars will launch on Thursday, January 20th at 12 Noon Eastern (9 a.m. Pacific Time) with Doug Rikkers, Director of Club Fitting & Merchandise Serivces for GolfTEC. All EWGA members are invited to participate in this Ask the Industry Expert series of web-based presentations featuring experts across the Golf Industry. Each session is 30 minutes long with a Q&A session for participants at the end of the presentation. Save the Date: Thursday, January 20th and plan to join us online at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time, 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time for "Equipment Can Work for You." This presentation will focus on three main concerns with club fitting: Ball Speed - why it's so important and how proper fitting clubs can improve it; Lie Angle - what it is, how to know if its wrong, and how to change it; and Set Make Up - why you hit your clubs the same distance and key factors to consider with drivers, wedges and hybrids. Registration details will be provided in early January 2010.

About the Presenter: Doug Rikkers is the Director of Club Fitting & Merchandise Services for GolfTEC. As a PGA member with 18 years in the golf business, he has spent much of his time teaching and fitting thousands of students. Doug currently works on developing GolfTEC's fitting-related products and provides training to its 350 personal coaches.
